CONFERENCE AGENDA: The 2020 Annual Conference officially begins Friday morning at 7:30 a.m. and ends on Sunday afternoon at 1:00 p.m. We strongly suggest that your travel plans permit you to attend all conference activities, including the pre-conference Meet & Greet Dinner on Thursday evening, 6-8:30 p.m., and the Sunday morning peer session, 9:00 a.m.-1 p.m., both of which offer valuable opportunities to spend quality time learning from and bonding with others in the PSC community. The agenda will be available for viewing soon.
PEER GROUPS: Whether this is your first conference or you are a veteran attendee, you will be assigned to a peer group that meets at various times throughout the weekend. These groups convene to offer invaluable support and share knowledge focused specifically on the PSC category. Whether you are a Teen PSCer, a Spouse, a Post-Transplant PSCer, a Caregiver, there is a supportive peer group for you.
MENTOR/MENTEE: If you are a first-time attendee (either a PSCer or a caregiver), we suggest that you request a mentor when you fill out your registration form. We will match you with someone from your peer group. Prior to the conference, we encourage you to communicate with your mentor to get all of your questions answered, and, on the busses to Red Rocks and during Friday’s lunch, you will meet your Mentor/Mentee in person, if you haven’t connected previously.
TEEN/COLLEGE-AGED PROGRAM: We have organized some fun activities specifically for the teens and college-aged PSCers attending the conference. Once teens and college-aged attendees register for the conference, more details will be sent to this peer group and their parents.
ATTENDEES: The nature of all conference activities is exclusively directed towards PSC patients and caregivers 13 years of age and older. No one under the age of 13 may attend any part of the conference, including meals. Meals are restricted for registered attendees only.
CONFERENCE LOCATION: Most of the weekend activities take place at the Hyatt Denver Tech Center, located at 7800 E. Tufts Ave., Denver, CO 80237, which is the conference hotel. You will NOT need a car. Except for Friday brunch (which will take place at Red Rocks Park), all official conference meetings and meals will be held at the Hyatt DTC.

This year, we will be celebrating the themed party, and we encourage everyone to show their PSC Partners spirit by coming dressed in their garb of choice. Creativity and humor are appreciated – the tackier the better! We also have karaoke during the final night soiree, so warm up your vocal chords. The Gala theme will be announced soon.
