How to Make a Matching Gift
Supporting PSC Partners Seeking a Cure through your employer’s matching gift program is simple and can significantly increase the impact of your donation.
Step 1: Donate
Make your donation to PSC Partners Seeking a Cure and be sure to keep your receipt. Many companies allow up to one year after your donation to submit a matching gift request.
Step 2: Search
Check to see if your employer participates. Reach out to your Human Resources or Benefits department to confirm eligibility and learn how to apply.
Step 3: Submit Your Match Request
There are typically two ways to complete your matching gift request:
Option 1
Download your company’s matching gift verification form, complete it, and submit it according to your employer’s instructions. This may include emailing or mailing the form along with your donation details to:

If your company provides an online giving portal or intranet link, log in and submit your matching gift request directly through their system.
