Mentor

Living with PSC can feel overwhelming at times, and having someone who truly understands what you’re going through can make a world of difference. Someone who’s been on this journey, who can offer guidance, encouragement, and a listening ear as you navigate life with PSC.

Looking for a Mentor?

Whether you’re a PSC patient, parent, spouse, caregiver, or another member of the PSC community, a mentor can be a great source of support and information. Fill out the form below to be matched with a mentor from our program.

Individuals in the PSC community must be at least 13 years old on or before the PSC Partners Conference in the year they request a mentor.

Want to be a Mentor?

We are seeking mentors for our year-round, peer-to-peer support program. If you’ve attended at least one PSC Partners Conference and are looking for a meaningful way to give back, consider stepping into a mentor role.
