Join Us in Denver for the 2025 PSC Partners Annual Conference

We’re excited to invite you to the 21st Annual PSC Partners Conference, taking place September 12–14, 2025, in Denver, Colorado—home of PSC Partners Seeking a Cure. This year’s event brings our community together in one of the most scenic cities in the country during a beautiful time of year.

Fall in Denver offers crisp air, vibrant foliage, and nearby mountain adventures. It’s a great opportunity to come early or stay late to hike, bike, or explore the Rockies.

What’s New in 2025

Based on feedback from last year, we’re expanding and enhancing the conference experience:

Caring for You Track
More mind-body-spirit options, including yoga.

Supportive Practical Sessions
New topics to help manage chronic illness, such as navigating insurance, disability, and caregiver resources.

Morning Wellness Outdoors
Pre-breakfast outdoor yoga and meditation sessions set in a peaceful area on the hotel grounds.

Expanded Breakouts on PSC and Inflammatory Bowel Disease (IBD)
Including research updates, IBD-specific sessions on care and treatment, strategies for managing complications, and more.

Education, Connection, and Support

The Conference brings together individuals and families affected by PSC from across the U.S., Canada, and around the world. Whether you’re newly diagnosed or post-transplant, you’ll find valuable education, support, and connection.

Peer Group Gatherings on Sunday morning are often described as the most powerful part of the weekend. Groups include:

  • Adults with PSC or post-transplant
  • Spouses and caregivers
  • Parents of children with PSC
  • Siblings and other caregivers
  • Those living with loss
  • Teens (ages 13–19), guided by young adult mentors who’ve attended in the past

Please plan to stay through Sunday morning if you can.

Educational Sessions for Every Stage

Whether it’s your first conference or you’re a returning attendee, you’ll find sessions designed to meet you where you are:

  • PSC Basics Track: PSC 101 (overview) and PSC 201 (labs and imaging)
  • Tracks for Pediatrics, Transplant, and Caregivers
  • A special Teen Lounge and programming for teens
  • Updates on PSC research and the Clinical Trial Landscape
  • Ask the Experts panels with open Q&A
  • Breakouts on nutrition, microbiome, women’s health, and more
  • Canadian Meet-Up following Friday’s dinner

Most sessions are small to medium in size and include time for questions and discussion.

A Community Like No Other

If you’re nervous about attending, know that our community is one of the most welcoming and supportive you’ll ever meet. From the moment you arrive, you’ll feel embraced and understood. We also offer an optional mentor program for new attendees to help you feel connected right away.

Saturday Night Gala

The Saturday evening Gala offers a fun and laid-back atmosphere to connect with others and enjoy an evening of celebration, including karaoke and interactive activities.
